A space where innovation and proximity drive the KIA experience
In this context, HMY had the opportunity to take part in the development of one of KIA’s largest points of sale, a project designed to become a benchmark within the brand’s dealership network. Our extensive expertise in automotive spaces was a key factor in joining this initiative, providing solutions capable of combining brand identity, functionality and a distinctive customer experience.
Finishes and materials play a key role in the organisation of the space, allowing different environments to be defined while preserving the dealership’s open and spacious feel. Within a completely open-plan setting, two clearly differentiated areas have been created through the use of materials: an exhibition area, where light and neutral finishes allow the vehicles to take centre stage, and a customer-focused area dedicated to meetings, advice and conversation, characterised by the use of wood.
This contrast brings warmth and proximity to the environment, creating a more comfortable and human atmosphere that enhances customer interactions and improves the overall purchasing experience.

The furniture, particularly in the office and customer service areas, reinforces the warm and welcoming character of the dealership. Wood solutions and natural finishes predominate, fully aligned with the overall concept of the space and aimed at creating a closer and more comfortable atmosphere.
In addition, more relaxed and informal meeting areas have been incorporated to encourage more comfortable conversations and foster a more personal relationship between customers and advisors.
One of the project’s differentiating factors has been HMY’s ability to support the client through a holistic approach, providing solutions that go beyond the fit-out of the dealership itself.
